Unless otherwise indicated, Higher Still Notes owns all intellectual property rights (including copyright and design rights) relating to the materials provided through HSN extra. Where the materials do not have a specific notice declaring how they may be used, the following terms shall be assumed as a license over their use:

• Limited copying is permitted for the sole purpose of evaluation, in the participating department only.

• The materials may not be modified in any way, and the creation of "derived works" is prohibited.

• Commercial use of the materials is prohibited, and no profit may accrue as a result of any reproduction.

Provision of Service

Higher Still Notes makes no warranties or representations of any kind concerning the accuracy or suitability of the information and materials, made available through HSN extra, for any purpose. All such information is provided "as is" and with specific disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, title and/or non-infringement.

Higher Still Notes makes no warranties or representations of any kind that our web service will be uninterrupted. In no event shall Higher Still Notes, its employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of HSN extra. This exclusion and limitation only applies to the extent permitted by law.

Termination of Access

Higher Still Notes reserves the right to withdraw access from the participating department (or specific members within the department) at any time, where it is judged at our sole discretion to be appropriate.

Acceptance

The participating department, including all staff, agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, and show their acceptance by accessing the service.
