Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, Higher Still Notes owns all intellectual property rights (including copyright and design rights) relating to the materials provided through HSN extra. Where the materials do not have a specific notice declaring how they may be used, the following terms shall be assumed as a license over their use:
Copying is permitted for use by the purchasing department only.
The materials may be modified to create "derived works", provided that:
HSN extra is attributed as the original source, and
the derived works are used only by the purchasing department.
Commercial use of the materials and/or derived works is prohibited, and no profit may accrue as a result of any reproduction.
Provision of Service
Higher Still Notes makes no warranties or representations of any kind concerning the accuracy or suitability of the information and materials, made available through HSN extra, for any purpose. All such information is provided "as is" and with specific disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, title and/or non-infringement.
Higher Still Notes makes no warranties or representations of any kind that our web service will be uninterrupted. In no event shall Higher Still Notes, its employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of HSN extra. This exclusion and limitation only applies to the extent permitted by law.
Termination of Membership
Higher Still Notes reserves the right to withdraw access from the purchasing department (or specific members within the department) at any time, where it is judged at our sole discretion to be appropriate. Likewise, the purchasing department may cancel their account at any time by sending written notice to our postal address.
Access to Updates
The department will have automatic access to minor updates for all products they purchase. These will generally correct typographic errors, but may remove outdated content and add some new material.
Substantially updated versions will be available for a fee.
