was working through the new specimen prelim today and checking my answers using thoses given from the sqa website.

on the last page marked 'summary analysis' the answer to q4 of paper one is D (objective testing)

but that didnt seem right so i checked it against the hsn past paper solution book which says the answer for 4 is infact C

i find this to be slightly worrying?





- i did notice that it is however marked as C on the mark scheme p24 before anyone poitns this out =]

That is slightly worrying, have you emailed the SQA to tell them about it? I'm pretty irritated at the lack of practice for the multi choice then again the multichoice is a huge bonus for us and compaired to the paper last year (which I came out of cring) it looks like this year may be slightly easier. And lets face it if you really have no idea theres a one in four chance of getting it right haha.

I was worried there for a minute that you'd spotted a mistake in our book!

C is definitely the correct answer for that question. It's probably just a typo on that last page. I think they changed that paper so many times that it's surprising there aren't more mistakes
