yeah, feeling slightly more confident today
i know this may seem simple to some people but i could never get my head around the whole mRNA and tRNA and what it does, but....ta-daaaa...the day before the exam.....it has finally clicked! wahaaaay! so v. pleased about that!
I hate the whole backcross and meiosis thingy.
my teacher said not to get too worried abou it cause "cross" questions usually just come up in the multiple choice anyway, so phew!
i am going through my notes and just picking out wee snippets that i have forgotton.
what i like about the timing of the exam is that i have from 9am to 1m to study in the library at school before going into the exam so it'll all still be in my head! woopwoop!
good luck for tomorrow guys, don't get too stressed! i'm going to try not to be! lol

Haha yeh I hate meiosis! 
Hopefully do okay though - and yeh I'm going into school for some last minute revision! xD
Been studying all morning and afternoon so plan to get another hour in before dinner, then do another 2 hours after and get an early night! lol

I'm so worried it's unbelievable. I can't even eat anything.
It seems like I can't remember much of it, and I don't understand a lot of it either, and I'm dreading the essays. Knowing my luck they'll be on viruses and other things that I only have a really basic knowledge of.
Why did I help my Nan move house rather than revising? Now if I do badly all my plans for next year are ruined...

Don't worry, you'll probably find you know more than you think, just relax! Just take a deep breath and go for it, i'm sure you'll do fine! we all will!

I'm hoping that there isn't much on the crosses either. It's too confusing!
I'm actually not too bothered about the essays... I usually get reasonable marks for them. I'm alright about giving the facts and stuff; it's just 'problem-solving' that tends to bring me down.

Lol well I actually prefer all the crosses. I struggled a bit to begin with, but my teacher just sat me down and went over about 100 with me last week and I finally get them, haha.
It's the essays I'm worried about haha. If I don't know a question I'll just improvise and make it up as i go along anyway haha. I don't expect more than a C - if I even manage to get a C that is lol.

I'm more scared about biology because, and I know this'll sound sad, but I really enjoy it, and I don't want to let my teacher down seeing as he's pinned so much hope on me...or myself for that matter - I need a B to do Advanced Higher.

i'm hoping to get a B. i got a c in the prelim but after all this studying i realllllly hope i can do my best for tomorrow. i put down AH for 6th year so i actually do need a B or higher lol 
im just having a wee skim over unit 3 just now and ill do some more tomorrow morning before i go into the exam.
see, the thing is, everyone gets on at you way back in march and stuff to get revising. but i've forgotton it all now! thats the problem . i think i can relate to the crammers now, it seems so much simpler lol

The one thing I don't like about biology is that there is so much information to remember...
It sucks!
I hope to pass, cause at teh start of the year, my teacher thought I couldn't do it, and i really want to prove him wrong....
