I haven't studied one bit yet. I'm in serious shit tbh and although I've done all the past papers, that was like a month ago....

I hope there's no questions that require you to draw up a logarithmic graph..damn..i hate that question so much...

I remember them by triangles because with triangles, once you know some of the of the informations, other values will just fit in nicely. It's risky with tables since you have to remember everything.

I use the triangles and find it really easy! Helps me a lot!

Well I've worked hard all year for this, and I was actually going to drop it at the start as I came off of a 2/3 in SG. I got a C in the first prelim then an A in the second... so I think I might have a good chance!

I really have worked hard this year, so hopefully my efforts will pay off!

Final day of studying tomorrow!

I made a quick wee copy for the triangles... not brilliant but it should give you an idea! (I had to write 'route 3' etc. as I don't have a route button )

They're really easy to use. You just make use of the Pythagoras rule - SOH CAH TOA

For instance, say you had to find the exact value of SIN 30... You put the length opposite 30 over the hypotenuse... So it would be 1/2

Likewise, if you had to find cos 60... You would put the adacent length over the hypotenuse length... So it would be 1/2

It's the same for TAN... For TAN 60 you would put the opposite length over the adajecent length... so it would be route3/1

It's exact same for the other triangle as well.

Basically, you just need to remember the lengths of each side and the included angles - but often if you know at least one or two things you can work the rest out...

Good luck and hope I helped

I find it easier to remember in a table.. to be honest I'm kind of crapping it too, I'm doing past papers but I keep losing interest and concentration, which is really bad cause I've been doing that for all my subjects. I don't feel like we're actually doing highers which isn't too good heh.

I don't plan to sleep much tonight I'll get a couple of hours and then its down to hardcore last minute studying...

Good luck all!

Well... i feel as if i'm studying less for higher than i did for SG...

I'm scared about physics too, i passed prelim without touching the past papers and doing them actually lowers my confidence ..ROFL.... :/... i checked the marking scheme and they deduct marks for absolute petty things...

I swear i'll have to study hard for chemistry or i'll fail it... i need to keep reminding myself about this since it's quite a long way to go...

im not as bothered about chemistry as i have a long time to study just chemistry its maths and physics that im worrying about i need to get a B for both of them.

i lose my confidence when i do physics past papers as i keep making silly mistakes i suppose its better to learn now though

gd luck everyone

As I've been revising English non-stop for the past week it feels a bit weird having to cram Maths in for the next 3 days, but its gotta be done.

I hope they don't ask you to draw log graphs either. Or that thing in vectors: v.(u-v) ... or something cos we haven't done that in class but i saw it come up in past papers.
