Having Standard Grade would be useful but it should not be difficult to crash.

I'm doing crash geography, and I got a B in the prelim. So, it's not that hard to understand if you've not done SG. You just have to work really hard and learn the stuff! smile.gif

At my school around half of the people who take the class are crashing it (and usually S6). Not having Standard Grade should not affect you as around half of the course isn't even mentioned in Standard Grade.

Good luck!!

I'm crashing geography this year also.

I've done a bit of work so far so just hoping it all goes ok!

I was thinking to get a copy of the arrangements (SG) and just go through them over the summer...

Hey, im in 5th year, also crashing higher Geography! So far I find the human topics much easier 2 cope with than the physical, since I come from a History and Modern Studies background. Hopefully if i keep revising the physical stuff it will click at some point?

You don't need to know the topics in that much depth, there is just a fair variety of topics you need to know a bit about. Any queries just ask.

If it's any help, I still have notes and past papers for Higher Geography - it's mostly physical geography though. I also have my answers to past paper questions - most of which are 'A' grade. If you think any of it will be useful, let me know and I'll send it to you.
