You should check this before you post, as mostly the question has already been attempted before on the forum. It saves time.
Edit: Never mind, the solution's gone for some reasons. I'll give you some tips on the question if I can find the paper.

m= -2 (using y2-y1..etc)
c= 1 (from graph)
hence:
log5y = -2log5x + 1
log5y = log5x-2 + log55
log5y = log55x-2
therefore:
y=5x^-2
i havent checked that against the answers but will do in the next 20 mins or so
edit: that's right, but you have to state
k=5, n=-2
