course i like to be complicated, but i like either -
salt, vinegar and tomato sauce
OR
salt and curry sauce - this one is very very yummy!!

Would have to be salt 'n vinegar. Tomato sauce if it's with chips, but prefer chippy chips without sauce.
Brown sauce is best with bacon and french toast.
