I think im right in saying that you can check the UCAS website (tracking) to see if a university has accepted you or not, going by your results (which come out 2moro).
Now i was just wondering, Is it possible to check your UCAS track 2moro morning to see if you have been accepted by your university BEFORE the results pop through your door?
If not, when does UCAS update your tracker bit to tell you if you have been accepted?

I am going to check UCAS at midnight/very early morning to see! Imagine if it says 'rejected' I will feel so gutted! What a way to find out you have failed your exams! It will prepare you for when you get your certificate though! I actually feel a bit sick today with worry. I just want to know now....just think by this time tom we will know! What a great feeling either way.

Uh oh, I've got my UCASTRACK password but i've forgotton my username :-s can anyone tell me what form the username's supposed to be in (e.g. Jbloggs05 or J_Bloggo_05) as i'm sure i'll be able to get it from there.

i thought i read somewhere that track won't be updated until about 11am tomorrow, although i really hope its midnight instead!
the username is something like 05- then 6 numbers- then 1 number hope that helps, i think my username and password will forever be embedded on my brain!

It cant be because people will want to be confirming if they have been accepted or not. Since the majority of post will come around 8.30-10.00, 11am for the UCAS site update seems too late.

Yup you can go into ucas track and it says whether your place has been confirmed or not

yeah theres no need to contact the unis if you meet your offer, but if you don;t it might be worth phoning up and seeing if they'll accept you anyway.
i thought that 11am was a little late to but nevermind, hopefully it will be updated at midnight as then it will technically be the 9th august.

You can still access the UCAS tracker just now (20.38pm)...my friend tried it (i dont have my login details to hand to try it). Hopefully at midnight it will update.
....my friend just said this on msn;"we get a letter through tomorrow from ucas saying whether weve got our resluts or not"
(Is that actually true?
For people with offers....which letter do you open first...the results, or one from UCAS saying if you have been accepted???

A big decision but definetly the results, cos ill see on ucas whether its been confirmed or not before ill get my post anyway. But the results mean more than the uni place, i think.
