Bomb hits London!

Dave

thats the whole basis of these extreamists though

The ability to manipulate fragile minds and make them believe something. That is the basis of a suicide bomber. I mean to make someone leave common sense behind and go against every natural defense system of self preservation is partly a problem with sociaty

its true though

the important part in what i said though is that its a failing of our communitys that these people can be plucked out and taken to secret radical meetings and set to training camps in pakistan etc.

In a close nit community wouldnt people notice a chance in personality at least though the chances of british youths being disallusioned enough to be maniplulated by extreamists i would think would be very slim

yeah.. i say, its tv's, PC's, video games.. all that kinda stuff.. where were the days when the only way to entertain yourself was to meet up with friends and do something "constructive" with yourself. The "dinner" invites of neighbours, fun party's for all ages at the local park and things like that.. thats what bonds a community.

indeed

it will be quite a day when a mosque will be built next to a Roman Cath church which is next to a Church of Scotland.

What i am getting at is a single area where people of all faiths go to worship, its all about inclusion and respect

AppleCore

it happens in India. the inclusion of people no matter what faith.

Mother Teresa once said at a uni speach (getting her honorary degree):
"Your (the south) poverty is poverty of the soul. You have wealth to keep yourself from going hungry and can buy yourself riches which the we (the north) can never afford, but many of you will die alone and feeling unloved and never belonging.
We (the south) however have poverty, but its poverty of wealth. We (the south) may not be able to afford food, but we do not die alone. We die with someone always beside us, all that know us beside us."

It is all possible, but only if we all behave in a civilised manner. Once you have extremism on any side, the balance and harmony is tilted... well said Dave.

AppleCore

once its tilted, it can be brought back, but it takes a lot.

Dave

Ah but u see when u tilt something there is a vertical vector of velocity acting straight down hence pulling the entity away from its orginal position

(I think)

hmm.. rite dave. im just sayin, if something goes wrong you can always try and correct it.
