Nice selection. The one with the Hydrogen Bonding: Draw out the structual formula and see if there are any H-N or H-F or H-O bonds. They are hydrogen bonds

And as for the ionisation energy, open up your data booklet and check the general formula, I think.

Actually, there is. Just above the ionisation enthalpies table there's something like E+ .. general formula.
