Hey can some please tell me how 2 work out the gradient of OB, thanks, i got part (a) ok.

Any gradient of a line can be found by using this:

m = tan Ø

where Ø = the angle the line makes with the postive direction of the x-axis

so m = tan 2p

tan 2p can be worked out from the answers to part (a)

tan 2p = sin2p/cos2p
tan 2p = 4/3

so m = 4/3
