#14172 Only about 8 weeks left of School

Posted by Kevin_Kilbane on 08 February 2005 - 11:39 PM in New Sixth Years

QUOTE(lesley @ Feb 8 2005, 10:05 PM)
i cannot wait for these 8 weeks to be up. i am so bored with school it's unbelievable. I'm not elaving now though, i've come this far! All those thoughts of how great 6th year would be that i had last year are jsut all wrong. 6th year is rubbish rubbish rubbish.

Bring on the uni!

View Post

6th year has been the biggest let down ever. I expected it to be amazing, but its actually piss. SO much for "doing nothing, sitting in the common room, chilling out". Its been too stressful. I am only back from Study Leave and soon I'll have the "leave" thoughts return to my head. But, Ive come this far might as well go the full length.

Not got a marking scheme, but I think the Electricity figure is wrong in Question 1. My answer comes out at 10.4...

Could you tell me what the bar surplus is?

#18434 Drugs...

I detest drugs. They are scum.

They just f*ck your life up, literally.

Yes, I drink and while Ive never smoked a cigarette, I might have on if I was quite drunk, but I would never take drugs.

#38358 Its over...

Posted by Kevin_Kilbane on 29 June 2005 - 11:01 PM in After School

Atfer a piss prom, I had my Award Ceremony tonight.

I ended up getting 4 different things (Achievement Award, Vice Captain Prize, Young Enterprise Exam with Distinction and a Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Award) but I am infact quite sad to leave. The headteacher made a top comment infront of the whole hall about me and despite my usual rants about 6th year being crap, its sad I won't be going back.

However, I cannot wait to Uni. Really excited about going.

Onto pastures new and that.

Good Luck to everyone.

Just had mine there. It was the hardest exam Ive ever sat, literally. Found a serious lack of time, the theory questions were just crap and the DM (Break-even) was extremely difficult.

Baah huh.gif

#40331 Glasgow Uni - Picking Courses

I got the WEBSURF details and part of my timetable through yesterday.

Not had time to look through it all.

#22028 How are you revising now?

Posted by Kevin_Kilbane on 10 May 2005 - 07:53 PM in Revision and Exams

I pratically finished all my Accounting revision but Geography, Ive not done enough. I find it really difficult to study for.

As for Bus Man - Ive got nearly 3 weeks to study for it, so my priority is the 2 exams in one day.

This time last year, I was going crazy studying. These Unconditionals screw you...just a bit biggrin.gif

Dr Pepper's alright.

Pepsi Max is better than Pepsi, but Diet Pepsi's crap.

Coke - full fat is too sugary and Diet is alright. Just depends what your eating.

Hopefully going to the Zutons. Also wanting to go to the Tsunami thing but couldnae be bothered to get tickets, so Im not going to that.

Definetly going for T in the Park though.

Buy more T in the Park tickets than you need i.e. 6 instead of 2 then sell the 4 on ebay. It will more than cover the cost of the price of your two wink.gif

#12993 How often do you intend to go out at Uni..

Posted by Kevin_Kilbane on 29 January 2005 - 10:51 PM in Student Life

Right just wondering how often people are intending to go out at Uni?

Im thinking that since I will have some dosh and I will be up the West End where its nearly Ned free, Friday and Saturday are definetly nights on the raz.

I guess it depends on when lectures start e.g. 9 am if I will go out the night before.
