i dont understand the 1st outcome in is. Normalisation etc cud sum1 plz help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First Normal Form

1.To place data into first normal form we remove repeating groups within the primary entities.
2.These repeating groups then become new entities linked together by a one-to-many relationship.

Normalisation
1.The sets or rules to eliminate anomalies and produce a new collection of problem free tables are called normal forms (NF)
2.First Normal Form (1NF) improves the design of your tables.
