1. What subject are you appealing for? English. Didn't really want to, my teacher just did it. He's been telling me I'll get top grades since third year, but I got a 2 for standard grade and a B for my higher so he clearly talks crap.
2. What did you score in the prelim? 73% or something
3. What did you score in the final exam? A high B
4. What grade is your appeal for? An A
5. Do you think it'll be successful? Nope

Yeh I got my appeal. I am 1 A nearer to 5As. 4As and a B. *does the conga*
It was an appeal for English. I had a B in the prelim and basically got the appeal for class timed evidence.I am so happy. I wont find out if I had a recount in Business as well til tomorrow, I dont think they even put an appeal in for me there though! O well 4As and B is enough for me!

Well done to Louise and DJMiche!

Commiserations to fearfactor and Dave though - by the way what were the reasons the SQA gave over your unsucessful appeals if you don't mind me asking.

Hi ally: my teacher didn't tell me the reason, and I never asked, but he said he wasn't happy with the reason the SQA gave...

I think it's only been Nicola that got hers, she went from a B to an A for English. And I think Kerri got her D for Media Studies put up to a C. That's all I've heard of though.
