~ I know how to intigrate...its getting to the stage whereyou can accualy intigrate...thers no numbers so Im not sure how to get the range thign for the intigration .... *is confused*

you want to fidn the area between both parabolas right? so you'll need to know where they meet.
make them equal to each other and youll get two answers. thats the points you use when integrating.
