Oh my god. I have like a minute left on the internet. I'm astounded no-one has answered this and am sorry for not answering it as I have exams myself. Its in the hsn notes and if you require further assistance then from wednesday onwards you can PM me and expect a speedy response.

Not sure about the second question however I think utsourceing is finding sources out with the business for what ever purposes they are needed!

I think you'll find that outsourcing is when the firm delegate functions of their business to people/firms outwith their business. For example:
The Council outsourcing road work to a firm of construction/tarmac workers since their core business is really administrative.
Anyway I stand by my original comment..
