I have been through the Modern Studies Course (albeit a couple of years ago on the "Old Higher"). One thing will not have changed though and that is the fact that schools have several NABs to choose from for each module requiring a NAB. What one person sat as a NAB in school X wil not necessarily be the one that people sit in Schools Y and Z.
All you can do is look over all your notes for the topic and learn them well. If you do that you will be prepared for every eventuality.
