Hi I've just started the course and was wondering what this topic is like.
ive only looked over the sparse notes available on this unit, i didnt do it, but id does interest me. i dont think there are many schools who do the Japan unit
could be hard to find enough sources and works for your dissertation, id advise to get that done first

Our school does Japan - but then, one of our teachers is a marker for it! We've only just started the course too - first class this afternoon. However, we've already been told that we're not allowed to pick our own dissertation topics - which has hacked me off no end!
