Well, now it's over, how does everyone think they did?

I'm sure I've done a really bad second essay in the first paper, and havered rubbish for the last question in paper two! Oh and what odd sources A and D were! Well, I thought so anyway, and so did my history teacher!
Oh weep for Adonais—he is dead!
Wake, melancholy Mother, wake and weep!
Yet wherefore? Quench within their burning bed
Thy fiery tears, and let thy loud heart keep,
Like his, a mute and uncomplaining sleep;

God, exams 06- what a joke. Ive walked all my exams so far (probably because I study a lot) so for some reason thought this was going to be hard. But it wasn't. My extended essay question came up which was brilliant, that was the totalitarian germany one and I also did urbanisation. Realy pleased. With paper 2 my teacher said they had droppeed the spanish civil war so that was a surprise but I thought it was okay. Hope it went well for all of you smile.gif

I did the Democracy Question and the one about the rise of facisim in Germany. I found paper II difficult, as I found teh Spanish Civil War hard to graps while doing the course - so I'm hoping my extended essay and paper I will get me the C that I need

I did liberal reforms and rise of fascism in Germany. I found Paper II much harder than I anticipated. It was nasty! I expect the pass mark will be lower. smile.gif

I think I did alright.

Paper 1 was great - no difficult questions. Paper II had some obscure sources.

I couldn't get much from the pic. I just rambled on about Chamberlain and Czech Crisis. wink.gif

I wrote a lot for the last question, about five pages. I think I got a bit carried away.

I thought it was quite hard, but went ok.

I did Liberal Reforms and Italian Rise of Fascism. The fascism one was great because that was basically my Extended Essay. My Liberal Reforms essay was average, as I was really hoping Suffragettes would come up.

Paper 2 seemed to go pretty well, I think I should have got at least around 20.

I'm hoping for a B. This was definitely my hardest exam so far.

I thought Paper 1 was really good. I'd prepared well for four questions that came up; I did democracy and the Nazi state benefiting the people. Paper 2 was harder, though, I thought. What was that Italian magazine thing all about? Still, overall I thought it was alright.
