Hi i was just wondering if anyone has any sample gatsby essays or a quote sheet for the book as i can never whittle it down to the most important quotes, any help?

I'm not great at Gatsby (the pun was unintentional, sorry) but I found that if I got past paper questions and then wrote down what quotes I would use for them it helped. You need to get a wide range of questions though, otherwise they might not be useful.

Probably time for a trip to sparknotes for you. http://www.sparknotes.com/lit/gatsby/
The markers have probably already looked at sparknotes so you'll have to add in some of your own and put your own interperation on them but it's a start.
