Follows a basis of declaring facts and rules
Can't remember the exact definition but anyways
Follows a set course within the code, and uses instructions instead of facts and rules.

Object Oriented languages use data types known as objects which can have certain attributes and methods associated with them. These objects are then used to carry out the task needed. Not essential for Higher but useful to know about. Examples include Java and C++.
