Of course they would!

I suppose I've kind of took it for granted the price of study books etc. I've got my dad to buy them all off the internet. I have them all now. My pastpaper books from this year, I donated to my school. I also bought books like higher COmputing (John Walsh) and donated that.

See for computing, can you ask our school how much u got in your coursework, think they'd tell u?

Yeah your school should have told you your mark unless you have had it moderated.

What school do you go to? This hardly seems fair lol!

I go to Irvine Royal Academy, it is not a private school. It's a state school.

perhaps someone could contact the sqa to try and find more info out about the procedure and when candidates find out if they have the top mark

im sure theyd need to get permission to pass details on to other companies as i dont remember signing anything saying that

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
But make allowance for their doubting too,
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And--which is more--you'll be a Man, my son!

The only ones that did were

Nichola L Begg, Hutcheson's Grammar School, Glasgow
Elaine M. Coombes, Oldmachar Academy, Aberdeen

My school's prizegiving was at the end of March! I think it makes sense in a way to have it then because it shows that you have worked hard through the year, not just in the run up to the exams which some people can do and get great grades! I got prizes for history and biology.
The race is long, and in the end it's only with yourself.
