Hey people, my biology prelim is tomorow and im wondering if anyone has any tips for the prelim?? And anything that im really likely to get asked.

bit late for you, but anyone else...MAKE SURE YOU KNOW AT LEAST TWO ESSAYS!

i got 6/20 for my two essays cause i didnt know either sad.gif and that brought my overall grade to a c (53/95)

Try as many essay questions as you can- make sure you know the knowledge for all the 'common' questions. Lack of knwoledge is usually why marks in essays are lost! I know theres loads to learn- but hey its biology- its expected!

hey my prelimn went good! i got 78%! my essays wernt that great as i only got 10/20, but i think that the main thing is to focus on multi-choice!

My Biology prelim isn't for another 2 weeks or so and I'm really nervous about it. However I have studied really hard for it so hopefully it'll turn out okay...i hope! unsure.gif

i only got a B in my prelim (71%) and my essays were like a 5 and 7 and they are always rubbish, in my second prelim my essay was a 4 sad.gif

but apparently the average mark for essays in human biology last year was 2 n 1/2 so i dont feel so bad lol
