I thought about the RAF for a while, even though i've only got one shot at being a pilot after uni.

Still, would be awesome.

I wanted to join the RAF (cos I'm a big copycat and want to be my Dad) but I am diseased so they don't want me.

How fun would it have been to be Tuppy the Jellycopter Pilot? OHHHHH, the military have lost out big time by not allowing me in.

Like kyle + tuppence, I considered the RAF, but other interests took over in the end. I may end up joining the TA though. smile.gif

It'd be impossible for me to join the army anyway, because I'm deaf.

Thought about the arm forces but it would have been some thing to do with support, not be up in the front line. That never really tickled my fancies tbh. Also thought about the Merchant navy. get to see the world and all but can;t swim so... bit of a bummer. tongue.gif

I was thinking about the RAF as a pilot but my eyesight isnt quite 20/20, so I might not pass the test mad.gif

But I was looking at RAF careers webbie the other day and was reading about becoming a legal officer...which seems ideal for me since I want to study law

Still even if I decide not to join the forces I think I will join a UAS at uni. Lots of flying in the mighty tutor.lol

sory that im bringing up a dead topic.

I am seriously thinking of going in the army, as an AGC coprs officer, specialising in finance. if you want to do medicine in a force and are looking for a good deal look into the army, they do an amazing deal
