Well then, anyone got their results yet? I'll find mine out tomorrow, when I'm back at school after study leave. sad.gif

(btw, is it not scary that we've only got one full term of school left?)

I got a B for Higher Mod. Studies, which I'm really happy with as I'm crashing it and am now predicted to get an A in the final exam! smile.gif

No other grades as yet though.

Don't worry it can be done. I've seen people with MUCH worse results that you and they still did well in the actual highers. biggrin.gif

Overall, I got:

B - Higher Modern Studies
C - Adv. Maths
C - Adv. French

I'm annoyed about French, as it was rounded down from a B "just to be safe". mad.gif I don't care about safety, the SQA would make it safe later if they had to...*goes off on a rant* rolleyes.gif

Mine are pretty appauling. The H History grade has a little bit of an explanation (included at the bottom for all thos who care!):

Advanced Modern Studies - B
Higher English - D
Higher History - D*

got a lot of work to do, so far for university I need to achieve an A or BB at Higher this year (still waiting on two universities so this could change).

*We have only sat paper I and will sit paper II after Easter, thus this grade is only for paper I. Also on the day of the H History Paper I prelim I was suffering the effects of a massive allergic reaction and doped up to the eyeballs (literally) with prescribed mediacation - all in all crap day!

Got 2/3 parts of my english back today. I got an A for an essay and an A for the close reading, so hopefully my other essay will be an A or a B so I can get an overall A smile.gif

So far, ive had AAAB (assuming i don't drastically fail that other english essay tongue.gif )

Still waiting on modern studies which I wont get for another week or so sad.gif

I'll get an A in philospohy and a fail in advanced physics.
I was expecting a B for physics, but the prelim had questions that were so different... I hate physics, since they always ask questions that you never dwelled on at all, or cared about. They don't seem to take too much focus on the main stuff they actually do in the coursework. Grrr.
Signatures suck. They clog up websites and serve no purpose.
