My Guidance Teacher says it's too much but, then again, she can't even my spell let alone understand my position.
I am doing:
AH English
AH Modern Studies
AH History
AH Business Management.
I did them all at Higher and got A and was wondering if anyone has done the same and had experiences; positive or negative.

from what i remember my friends saying english requires a lot of homework and essay writing and reading books and stuff
mod studies and business i think will be basically like higher only the work will obviously be harder and there may be less resources which will make life a little harder
AH history i remember my teacher talking about but i forget now
i think you may as well do it i mean wot can you possibily lose form trying
btw why do you want to do all these AH's are you thinking of a English uni by any chance
If i am not here i am somewhere else

I am thinking about going to Caimbridge to do law because I want to go into politics and a degree from Oxbridge is half the battle.
However, I also really like the subjects I'm doing but am becoming increasingly unnerved by people saying I'm not up to it.
Thanks for the comments, the advice is very much appreciated.

1. Deutschland, Deutschland über alles,
Über alles in der Welt,
Wenn es stets zu Schutz und Trutze
Brüderlich zusammenhält,
Von der Maas bis an die Memel,
Von der Etsch bis an den Belt -
Deutschland, Deutschland über alles,
Über alles in der Welt.

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
But make allowance for their doubting too,
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And--which is more--you'll be a Man, my son!

AH business is very inadvisable. DO NOT DO IT!
It is a fair amount of work. It is the heaviest subject for me this year out of my 4 subjects, but it wouldn't be out of them. However, the actual exam is impossible. I got an A last year for higher. I seriously advise you take it and run. I'll be happy with a C, and suprised at a B. I haven't heard stories of people fiinishing the exam before. It is massive. The format is exactly the same as higher business exam. BUT, you must write at least twice as much for the same amount of marks (they still won't allow bullet points... WTF!!!). Also, the case study is EIGHT pages long. Think about that. Instead of refering to something from a few pages, you must wade through a sea of useless info to get anything. You don't have the time to do that...
Finally, the questions are sometimes subjective, and you must hope that the answers have the same thinking as you, even if the answers SHOULD be subjective to you. And it can be hard to know what they want you to talk about, especially when it comes to teams. There are a million very similar things to talk about, and it's so hard to know which one they want to know about.
Have I scared you off it yet?

It was not fun, and I was cracking up by October (TWO dissertations, TWO research projects).
I got into Oxford Law with three AH. Its unnecessary to put yourself under the extra strain: come across well at interview and do well on the LNAT and you'll be fine.

yeah, but thats still not as much as 4 advanced highers
It really depends on the specific university courses, the specific AHs, and what subjects the individual is more accustomed to, more comfortable with, or what they simply find easier. High grades aren't given out willy nilly for many university courses either. Comparing the number of subjects doesn't really get you anywhere. You can do up to five different subjects in the first year of some university degree programmes, and there is often a lot of emphasis on self study as well.
