tomorrow doesn't matter,
turn that music up,
till the windows start to shatter,
cos you're the only one who can get me on my feet,
& i can't even dance

I'm quite excited at the same time, though.

I know what you mean - everybody has went their own way, and it will be different not seeing them everyday like you're used to at school. I would say I am still more excited that scared though.

Cows are magnificent,
Cows I call them "moos",
And sometimes silly folk,
They call my moos "coos".

that's exactly how i feel. i'm used to everyone i know being around me, but with this, i'll know no one. Once i get settled into the lifestyle and find someone to talk to, i'm sure it'll be just fine and dandy.

Yeh the whole change thing is what scares me the most. Uni is going to be totally different from school, and there is gonna be totally different types of people with different personalities there. Though i am really excited about meeting new people and making new friends coz thats one thing i love doing! i think Uni wll be absolutely amazing!

I need some positive points...I'm looking forward to finding out the good points about it all - seeing what having my own independance is like, should gain in confidence too which would be good for me. Once I have a friend or two and have settled in and got over the newness of it all I shall be fine, hopefully.
I'll take the oppertunity to say a big good luck to everyone else starting uni this year

I'm scared, moving out and going to a place where I have next to no friends. And I'm not very good at making friends either.

same here, very shy person
the independence thing wont bother me, have been doing own cleaning, cooking, laundry, bills for years
at least now i wont be asked to make coffees by my mother every two minutes

I'm more scared about living with people I don't know.

I'm the same as last year, i'll be fine once i've got a chum.
However, I'm generally feeling more confident about the academic side of it than i was for law. I love learning and have missed using my brain.
