the amount of work that goes into the class, basically. for example, a class of 20 credits, will require roughly the same amount of work that 2 10 credit classes would require

for most courses (i know chemistry, for one, is different) you do 120 credits each year, whether that be made up of 12 10 credit classes, or 6 20 credit classes, or a mixture.

lol! yeh, what broughy said! imagine having to carry ur student card with a pic of urself with a massive hangova! it would haunt u til september next year!

um, no, it'd haunt you till you graduate! you don't get a new student card each year, the one you're given at the start of 1st year is the one that you keep, its valid until the end of your course. for example, my course is years & i started last year, so mine's vaild till 2008

Not trying to sound cocky, but what are they gonna teach me that I don't already know? I know that sounds terribly big-headed, but I can use Word, Excell and the likes, I know how to use t'internet and email and I can use Comal to create useless programmes *geek face*

I was hoping that after doing Higher Computing I'd never have to sit in front of a computer and be 'taught' how to use it ever again. Urgh.

aw, i know. the basic IT course is completely pants - i did it last year. however, you can sit the test in the 2nd week, & get yourself exempt from the rest of the course (big hint - the test is remarkably similar to the practice one they give you, by the way!)
