I used to go to Strathclyde University to do MEng Chemical Engineering, but I hated the course, so I quit. A band 1 A. I was so shocked when I found out I got that. I was one of only three people in my school to achieve that...made even more surprising by the fact I'm deaf. Well, evidently, being deaf is not a problem for me.

I got a B which I am very proud of. I have a fever on the day of the English exam but I went to the exam anyway!

I got a B which I am happy about. I had always struggled to get a B in practice Close Readings as well as essays. TBH, after the exam I thought I could have had a chance of an A cos of the low grade boundaries and the fact that I found the exam comfy, but a B is good for me as well

B which I am so happy about this is going from a C at Int 2 last year and the head of english telling me I shouldnt even be doing higher

I do hope you tell the head of English your grade! Good on you! I got a B too and I well chuffed with it as I found the exam pretty difficult and I wasn't well on the day.

Thanks well done to you aswell. I think English is the hardest higher even more so than Chemistry, don't know about Geology but.
I would but I have left school might make a point of going to see my teacher and that teacher will hopefully be there

(well it didnt burn it as much as i put my notes in the recycling box) but i did rip them all up first!!
And i got a B, this was the person told by people that she'd probably not be able to do higher english, so im very happy with it!

And my friend who got a straight 1 this year and was told she'd prob get an A failed her prelims and got a D! So they are wrong quite a lot!

I gota C - kinda disappointed bout it but i can appeal with a B in the 1st prelim and an A in the 2nd one!

I got a B which im really proud of becuase I left the exam without sitting the two essays (long story) so Im amazed I passed never mind with a B
