Yes, I thought I was going to get AAABB

Tech and Business w/Accounting (Strathclyde)

Psychology (Glasgow)


How do you feel about your exam results?

Well chuffed!

The bloke seemed to think my media studies was an AH. I didn't like to correct him, hahaha!

It was fun. The engineer guy was GORGEOUS. I wanted to keep him. Made me wish I'd put my make up on before they came, haha!

It's always a bit of an anti climax once you've had your results. It's like, "Oh... Now what?"

I'm going to uni to study Economics

Ecstatic...very happy indeed

Around half 10...later than usual

2. Did you meet your expectations?
No. I was expecting to fail accounts and I got a C!

3. If not, are you going to appeal?
Maths and geography will be appealed because I got A's in both my prelims.

4. Have you made any decisions now about what you will do regarding further study/university?
Already have unconditional offer for Glasgow, which I have accepted.

5. How do you feel about your exam results?
Happy.

6. What time did you receive your results?

Highers:

English - A ( im so amazed to get a higher A for english as i did the wrong essay for one of my questions....novel instead of short story, ihad a thread on here about my english blunder...but oh well im delighted with this higher A for english)

History - B

Information Systems - B

Business Management - C (gutted with a C considering i got 82% in the prelime, so I WILL be appealing to get a B or an A for this subject...i didnt get anything less than a B for this subject throughout the course year)

I think i heard somehwere that you can only go up one grade with an appeal but i might be wrong. sad.gif

yeah! thought i;d failed maths and english outright so the B's were a ncie surprise!

i'm not going to ask for appeals but the school might put one in i dunno, not too fussed!

yep! made my offer to study medicine at glasgow!!!!!!

very very pleased!

Got my results about 11 o'clock which is about usual for here

I got:

Higher Biology: A
Higher History: A
AH Chemistry: A
AH Physics: B

I'm happy with my results, going to Glasgow to do Physics so I'd have rather got an A but i'm fine with a B

yes definitely, went above and beyond. I'm particularly shocked by English...what happened there??! Crazy stuff

no appealing nope!

I can now to Adv maths and music which i wanted, and the rest doesnt relate to my other subjects so yay!

5. How do you feel about your exam results?
EXTREMELY HAPPY! over the moon!

6. What time did you receive your results?
11.10. Better than last year which was 12.10. It got to 11am and I'd been up for 4 hours so i ran into the streets looking for the postman. 10mins later my mum phoned me and said "get home, its here!" So I dunno how I missed him but I did!

Probably not

Considering an appeal in geography, don't have evidence for maths

Durham have told me to wait until the A level results are out, so I'm practicing my begging style.

Best summed up with "Meh." and some disappointment

Mum came into my room with them at about ten to 8, saying they had been there when she went downstairs this morning. Earlier than last year which was 8 o clock.

AA in AH Bus Man and H Accounting an B in H Geography.

Not too bothered. I know I should be but its not the same as last year. Still pleased I didnt mess them up!
