It was the last train on a Thursday night, and they just happened to be the only folk in the carriage.

I did say to him, "Why didn't you go sit in another carriage with other people in it?"

"I've done it a million times before and it's never happened..."

Thing is, my brother's 6'4", he's well built, but the fact that he was on his own and slightly drunk made two neds think they had the right to just attack him.

There's blood all over the place at the train station. Lovely!

Hrm, I'm pretty sure the train should've had CCTV in every carriage. Mind you, if the rest of ScotRail's services are much to go by, it probably wasn't working.

He hasn't reported it to the police or anything - there's no point to be honest. He was pretty drunk and didn't even see the guys properly, he wouldn't be able to identify them.

I just don't get it, I mean, it's not like they were wanting his phone or his wallet or his iPod or anything.

Right well I've had a strange night.

The new foreign exchange students are really quite strange! I've talked to two of them tonight and they are both completelely homesick, which is a shame.

One guy (from India) came into the TV room - (I'm the only one here) and sat there for five minutes almost crying but holding it in then did a massive sigh and said "It's hard surviving away from your own country!"...could tell he was close to tears so I tried my absolute hardest to create coversation which isnt really my homeground! Kind of put my foot in it and said "do you have any family in Pakistan?"

"Pakistan?!"

They are very talented, pretty, fun and entertaining boys and while Transylvania is maybe not the best idea for a new single, it is a good pop record and different from what McFly normally do.

Urgh, my legs are killing me. Just back from football in Glasgow. Didn't realise that you were on the touchline SLJ until David mentioned it at the post-match night out! Good shouts from you and Bowie kept us going (Still, how the hell did we lose that!?). Wasn't my type of game sadly - too many high balls but it was a good laugh nonetheless.

Aberdeens not bad at all, dunno why the folks are moaning.

I got my timetable today - 6 lectures, an oral class and a tutorial. And only one exam at the end of the year (provided I get exemptions from the other two subjects which isnt too hard.) Go meeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

OH and I saw Derek (djh1878) yesterday at a fire alarm.
