Summer romances end for all kinds of reasons, but when all is said and done, they have one thing in common -- they are shooting stars, a spectacular moment of light in the heavens, a fleeting glimpse of eternity... and in a flash, they're gone.

at risk of sounding like a parrot, copying everyone else...

well done!
when i'm dancin' with you,
tomorrow doesn't matter,
turn that music up,
till the windows start to shatter,
cos you're the only one who can get me on my feet,
& i can't even dance

Well I know absolutely nothing about playing the piano, so grade 7 sounds well high to me.

AH RIGHT! Do you mean that you don't get to play much material except the band tunes?

no no

In a brass band we use cornets instead of trumpet

A cornet is basically a shortened squashed version o fa trumpet. So the range is harder to get and the tone is mellowier

Oh right, I never knew that. I've got a friend who plays the cornet. So anyone who plays the cornet, can they usually play the trumpet too?
