And you snowboard as well! biggrin.gif I think I'll join the swim team, the athletics club (maybe), and the snow sports club.

Good luck Scott!

I thought I'd bump this to say yay, I'm definitely in! Who else is definitely coming?

I'll be staying in Darroch Court - does anyone else have their accommodation offers?

Well, I contacted them yestersday and they said they'd get back to me before the end of the day...then my mum went on the phone for 3 hours before I went to work so I heard nothing. Now, if Edinburgh don't contact me on Monday I need to go out to Heriot Watt on Monday and hand in a letter accept to their offer.

Meteorology: Atmosphere and Environment (U01598) has lectures only ten minutes after some of my geography lectures. On top of that they're away up at King's Buildings so I don't think I'm going to be doing any meteorology at uni. sad.gif

Edit: I'm doing Meteorology: Weather and Climate next semester, and there's a shuttle bus to get me there and back. smile.gif

It's time to start planning Freshers Week tongue.gif

Monday: Drunk
Tuesday: Drunk
Wednesday: Stomach Pump
Thursday: Doctor's Approval to continue drinking
Friday: Sober, because I'll be working
Saturday: Sober, because I'll be working
Sunday: Drunk

That sort of plan does me fine biggrin.gif

I'm staying at home, but the bus is only 20 mins into Kings Buildings.

New Arthur Place is at Pollock Halls which is the Main Halls I think. You could probably walk to Kings Buildings in about 30 mins from there. There's also plenty of Lothian Buses that will take you pretty close to Kings Buildings.
