I'm not even going to attempt to argue with you when you see what your fellow friends done today.

Not a big deal but it's at Murrayfield not Hampden.

Way to group all protesters together, implying that they all act in exactly the same way as each other. rolleyes.gif

Well Katrina seems to think all the protestors are fun loving and would never harm a fly.

I was almost killed be riot police today! I was in Edinburgh at 4:30 and walked onto the North Bridges, where 50 policemen in riot gear started running towards me. Luckily they went past me and kicked some "stinking anarchists" (I prefer to call them "tourists") ass. I then had to run for about a mile and half to catch a First bus home. Lots of buses were being told to stay still because they weren't getting to move so I was lucky enough to catch one of the few.

Well I was joking a bit about the "almost killed" bit. The riot police, weilding weapons, ran towards me, past me (by dodging me), they then proceeded to get into "ass kicking" mode. If I looked remotely threatening then I'd be in for an ass kicking too!

yeah!!!! SEE, ANY SKEPTICS OUT THERE, ABOUT THE POLICE, THEY DO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SANE AND INSANE PEOPLE (hmm.. anarchists).. but some do get caught in the conflict by mistake, i will admit that... note how i said "SOME"!!

Anyone see the guy on Reporting Scotland today that had a riot policeman attack him with a truncheon whilst he was shouting "peaceful protest"?
Here he is:

Chief Constable Peter Wilson had the neck to say that there had been "no injuries".

I was reading something on huge album sales boosts for Live 8 participants. Maybe its just my cynical self, but anyway, they've uh.. apparently decided to donate income to charity.
