I can't understand question 9 and 12 of the 2003 multiple choices. Someone please explain to me! Better if they reply TODAY!

Nice selection. The one with the Hydrogen Bonding: Draw out the structual formula and see if there are any H-N or H-F or H-O bonds. They are hydrogen bonds

And as for the ionisation energy, open up your data booklet and check the general formula, I think.
