Do you mean definitions? Or do you mean explaining why something is something?

You will have to explain stuff from the PPAs, like for example why the enthalpy of combustion of a substance is different to the experimentally determined value, or why a paper towel is used when making esters, etc.

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
But make allowance for their doubting too,
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And--which is more--you'll be a Man, my son!

Defining stuff like
Activation energy
Activated complex
Enthalpies of neutrlistaion / sol....
Equilibrium
Types of bonds (e.g van der Waals)
elecrtonegativity
first ionisation energy
batch/ continuous process
Hess's Law
This is only a few things remember

When you have to show about reactant particles on the adsorbed sites etc. what would the questions ask?
