Obligatory "Guess What Grade You Got!" poll right here. First time I've ever made a poll on 'ere so make it a success, darlings.

After writing utter mince in the pre-lim and managing to scrape a C, I'm hoping that my effort today should get me a B. I think if I got an A I'd pee myself, so I better not have done that well otherwise I'll be smelly.

And you?

I am wanting a B.

My unification essay was a bit weak but did well on Britain essay and paper two and my extended essay was really strong.

What essays did you do?

Q.2 Liberals which was what I was focusing on. Glad I didn't have to write that democracy essay that is a hard question.

I nearly did that Liberals question!

I don't know why I did the democracy one - it was a bit weird. And I think I've done it a bit wrong. Oh well!

As long as you wrote about the reasons you will pass that essay.

It is the same with my unification essat I hardly wrote anything about the zollverein but should pass it on what else I wrote.

I'm going to copy + paste what I said in the "Done!" thread:

"Q1 was a bit weird though. I wrote about pressure groups, social change, new technology and foreign influence. But I don't really think that's right because I hardly mentioned the acts. Hmm."

I also wrote about the political necessity of the reforms, too. And influencial individuals (J. S. Mill, et al).

I'm rather worried that I completely missed the mark with that answer. :/

Yeah that is right I think. In a reason question you don't write about reforms. You should be fine.

I said an A (just). blink.gif I think I did well so I don't really see why I shouldn't get an A. I know an A is very hard to get though and I was near to voting B.
I wouldn't be upset with a B or anything! I'd still be happy with that. smile.gif

Edit: If I could change my vote I would. Because I have just realised I f***** up Q2 on Paper 2 - see other thread.

Last year I got a D and I wrote an essat on democract when it wasn't in it so I'm presuming i got no marks for that.

My paper two has increased by about 10 marks so I think I would have got at the minium 25 marks 10 extended essay minimum 20 paper two.

I didn't speak to anyone about paper 2 but I don't think it went down too well that comparison question would have fucked people over.

I honestly didn't think it was that hard probably because the SCW wasn't in it.

I wish they had put in a David Low cartoon instead of the Royal Air Force diagram.

I was suprised not to see a Low cartoon, you always therefor have the information about his views and what not that you can write about. Although, I thought the picture source was okay. It showed that the problem was idenitified and something was in place to improve the situation.

I was thinking a C due to the fact that I didn't revise a lot, however, the paper was perfect so I think I've scored a very solid B smile.gif Which I am more than pleased about.
