S'all down to funding, init. Our department might not have Higher Accounts choice next year although the new 3rd year have 35 canditates and 24 from the current 3rd and 4th.
Our school total pupils is somwhere between 1200 and 1300 it big for the area and yeat the survival of Higher Accounts relies on the schools ability to cover staffing for two other completely unrelated departments, funding should not deprive future accountants the right to learn the science.
