Am I right in thinking that templates are given for all the non-theory questions in management accounting?

Nothing is given to you in the exam. You'll only get the questions. You have to learn all templates, etc yourself. A bit late now!

I thought you got templates for stock valuation and process costing?

Sorry, misunderstood. You do for stock. I didn't know about Process Costing. I thought that was only the NAB.

did anyone else find process costing confusing, i mean the lay out,... especially for Abnormal Gain/Loss accounts

No, in general I think process a/cs are ok
