Since superstition is illogical by definition, I tend to not believe in it.
<MrBob> I hate Uni. At least in film studies we get to talk about Fight Club.
<@X-Factor> Wouldnt you be breaking the first 2 rules?

I'm sometimes superstitious but it depends - like I have to have this one necklace with me when I do exams or Nabs or something. But I'm less bothered about English being on Friday 13th than the fact that its English. Despite the fact that I'm predicted an A.
Oh weep for Adonais—he is dead!
Wake, melancholy Mother, wake and weep!
Yet wherefore? Quench within their burning bed
Thy fiery tears, and let thy loud heart keep,
Like his, a mute and uncomplaining sleep;

Nah, I'm not superstitious - but I do think the examiners planned the Higher English exam for that day - they probably did it for a laugh... dry.gif

Higher English was the second scariest thing in my life. The first was that year we went on holiday and the plain was diving all over the shop.

I'm not that superstitious. I don't think I am anyway.

i am when it comes to exams - i've never sat at exam without having a certain necklace with me. & i'm glad i'm not sitting higher english on friday 13th!
when i'm dancin' with you,
tomorrow doesn't matter,
turn that music up,
till the windows start to shatter,
cos you're the only one who can get me on my feet,
& i can't even dance
