Not my favourite band but they are excellent. Seen them twice live, and in the front section both times. Frusciante and Flea write some excellent stuff for guitar and bass.

Cows are magnificent,
Cows I call them "moos",
And sometimes silly folk,
They call my moos "coos".

under the bridge.

also like can't stop, because that brings back memories of the guys in my higher music class who all used to get guitars out under the guise of doing their inventing & just used to play that instead!
when i'm dancin' with you,
tomorrow doesn't matter,
turn that music up,
till the windows start to shatter,
cos you're the only one who can get me on my feet,
& i can't even dance

I love all of their stuff, Cant stop, fortune faded, califorication and under the brigde are the first ones that spring to mind.

The time I went to see them live they werent "they are THE best" but they were excellent i must say. Think the sound equipment musta been crappyish or something lol xD

Fantastic Band - favourite song is probably Blood Sugar Sex Magick - at least at the moment anyway!
Oh weep for Adonais—he is dead!
Wake, melancholy Mother, wake and weep!
Yet wherefore? Quench within their burning bed
Thy fiery tears, and let thy loud heart keep,
Like his, a mute and uncomplaining sleep;

To be honest with you I'd say they're quite average. Defo with their more recent, poppy, radio-friendly bland stuff. I did go and see them last year at Murrayfield though and I thought they were good at the time.
